Service Hole
Service holes, available in various sizes, can be specified when ordering and punched into studs and plates for cabling and plumbing needs.
Dimple
The dimple holes are punched in the center of the flange. They allow location of the studs and are proceed so that the head of the screw does not protrude
Web Notch
The Web Is notched out to allow one stud passes through another. it can be used by itself or in conjuction with lip notch
Swage
The swage crimps the section to fit inside the plate or nog, keeping the same external size for both plates and studs.
Lip Notch
The lips are notched out to allow the stud to pass through it can be used by itself or in conjuction with the web notch
