Emporium Mall Lahore

Emporium Mall Lahore is Pakistan’s largest shopping mall and it is the flagship project of Premium Engineering (Private) Limited. It is located in Johar town Lahore and adjacent to Lahore international Expo center. Emporium mall Lahore is an 11-storey building and total area of this mall is 2.7 million square feet.

Basic Constraints

Client wanted to glass work (Glazing) from bottom to top of the mall at all entrances. Top of the building is Pre Engineered so any heavy structure cannot be hanged on Pre Engineered roof. Glazing at entrances of Mall was a big constraint as there was no supporting structure for glass in existing building. We provided an efficient and economical solution of the problem faced by Client. PE was contracted by the client for the construction of the Facade and Main Entrance glazing.

Main Entrance Glazing:

Premium Engineering provided a high quality Glazing System at the main entrance of Emporium Mall. We worked in zone 1, zone 2, zone 4, zone 7, zone 8 and zone 9. There was no existing structure behind it which could support the glazing structure. Our Structural Engineering team gave a solution and designed steel pipes which used as supporting structure for the Glazing System. The Glazing system for all 6 zones, including the supporting structure was completed within the deadline of 4 months.
